Kadima, Netivot Shalom's K-6 afterschool religious school meets Tuesdays and Thursdays. The students learn Hebrew, the Torah, and about Jewish Traditions.
Netivot Shalom was founded with a strong emphasis on continuing adult Jewish learning. That has remained a dominant theme in all our activities as a Jewish community. The mission of the Adult Ed Committee is to enable every adult member of the congregation to make Jewish learning a continuing, ongoing part of her or his life, deepening our knowledge, our connection to and our appreciation of all that Judaism holds.

To Parents in the Netivot Shalom Community – Welcome! Netivot Shalom is a congregation that truly welcomes all ages with great excitement and delight!
We offer the following programs for children on Shabbat:
Ages 2 - Kindergarten - Supervised childcare for children ages two through Kindergarten is available every Shabbat from 10:00 – 12:30 in the Preschool Room.
Kadima, our Religious School program is an incredible blend of spirit and learning for children. We nurture the Jewish identity, Hebrew skills, and middot/qualitites in our students, our parents, and our larger community.
Visit our new CNS youth programs web site for the most current information and blog posts on our bilingual program and Kadima School!
Amitim (B'nai Mitzvah Program) is the Netivot Shalom journey for children leading up to their Bnot/Bnei Mitzvah. We meet Tuesdays at Netivot Shalom for learning with our rabbi, Tefilah (prayer) education, and to hang out together. Each student is encouraged to find a teacher for practicing Torah and Haftorah trope, and for creating their Drasha outside of class meeting times. Class meeting times: Tuesday 4:00pm - 6:30pm.
We have started a new and improved Shabbat Morning program for 3rd - 6th graders called Shabbat Camp. This will be twice a month (exact dates have not been set yet) and include the following:
Ruach (probably 10:30 - 11:15 am) A combination of songs, prayers, stories and explanations led by Netivot Shalom educational staff with lots of spirit!
Chugim (probably 11:15 - 12:00) elective activities led by parent volunteers with options including sports, drama, singing, and more.
